The apartments are situated between Scorpio Villas and Coral Key Resort ,right on Silversand Beach with a huge swimmingpool facing the Indian Ocean. The  spacious Complex  is ideal for a budget holiday in Malindi. The 1, 2 or 3-roomed apartments all have a sittingroom and  small kitchen. Each bedroom has a double ( French ) bed, with fan & mosquito net and its own shower & toilet. The kitchen with a fridge, cooker, utensils  like plates, cups, pots and pans, cutlery etc. The apartments are quite basic, but the location is perfect, right on Silversand Beach and security is good. Every other day the rooms are cleaned and towels, bedlinen changed. On request we can arrange for a cook/Ayah/cleaner @ Ksh 500,-- per day, to be paid direct. The kitchen has to be cleaned by the occupants. There is restaurant / bar , coffee shop, also open for outsiders. A small grocer on the street side is catering for the basis needs and there is also a  “ Gelateria “ice cream shop & snack bar. The apartments are on walking distance from Malindi town and en  route are  restaurants like Boabab, The Old Man And The Sea, I Love Pizza etc.
