In a quiet, rural environment, with trees and indigenous shrubs, and many with giant baobab trees, centuries old, these residential plots are set a few hundred yards back from the beaches of the North Kilifi coast. Access roads enable one to walk to the beach, or stroll the peaceful roads of what was a large farm estate, in Kilifi Township, one mile from the bridge over the creek. Each plot has water mains to the boundary, and an access road, leading to the tarmac road that runs parallel to the beach.
